Our history

June 2011

Monizze gets its state licence as an issuer of electronic meal vouchers and Colruyt become that day our first customer.

November 2012

Monizze wins the HR Excellence Awards 2012 "One to Watch" price.

March 2015

Monizze becomes a member of FinTech Belgium and Jean-Louis Van Houwe joins the board of directors. FinTech Belgium is a federation of professionals interested in disruptive economic models and new technologies in the financial industry.

June 2015

Monizze joins the Up group.

September 2016

Monizze launches their 3 in 1 card that includes the 3 the extra legal advantages (meal, eco and gift vouchers).

October 2016

Monizze brings home 5th place in Deloitte Technology Fast 50.

November 2016

Monizze wins the HR Excellence Awards 2016 "Employee Benefits Company" price.

October 2018

Jean-Louis Van Houwe, founder and CEO of Monizze becomes chairman of FinTech Belgium.

Janvier 2019

Monizze brings home 3th place in Trends Gazelles in the category of small enterprises from Brussels

Monizze is launching Activ’, its digital sport and culture platform.
