More transparency and control over your payments
The goal is simple: to give you more transparency and control over how you use your Monizze vouchers.
In case of a successful payment
You immediately receive a confirmation by push notification including:
- the amount paid
- the type of voucher used (meal, eco, gift, etc.)
- the merchant’s name
You instantly know that the transaction has been processed correctly.
In case of a declined payment
The notification specifies:
- the merchant’s name (if available)
- the voucher type concerned
- the reason for the decline
For example:
- insufficient balance
- incorrect PIN code
- inactive card
No more doubts: you immediately understand what happened.
Manage your preferences in the app
You stay in control of these notifications.
In the Monizze app: Hub → My account → Communication
You will find two separate options:
- notifications for successful payments
- notifications for declined payments
You can enable or disable each type independently, according to your preferences.
Important: if push notifications are disabled in your smartphone settings (iOS or Android), you will not receive any notifications, even if they are enabled in the app.
