The licence is invoiced once, when your account is created. A user is an employee for whom you have activated a mobility budget, not your total headcount.

How fast can we get started?

The form takes about five minutes. Your RewardFlex account is open as soon as you sign, with no meeting and no approval step in between.

What does the StarterPack include?

Everything to set up your mobility budget for up to 5 users: TCO calculator, mobility budget policy and addendum, configuration manual and chat support in the app, all within the legal framework.

What does "up to 5 users" mean?

A user is an employee who actually enrols in the mobility budget.

How much does it cost?

A fixed yearly licence of €270 per company, up to 5 users, which is €4.50 per user per month if you have 5 users. The licence is invoiced when your RewardFlex account is created. Beyond 5 users: €4.50/user/month, invoiced monthly.

What if we have more than 5 users?

Every user beyond 5 costs €4.50/month, invoiced monthly. Example: with 2 users you pay the €270 yearly licence and €0 in extra users. With 20 users you pay the same €270 yearly licence and €67.50/month in extra users (15 × €4.50).

Is the mobility budget mandatory?

From 1 January 2027 it will be mandatory for employers with 50 or more employees offering company cars, and from 2028 for those with 15 to 49 employees, within the legal framework.
