FAQ

Questions about eligible products

Does the list of eligible products change?

Yes, CLA 98 of the National Labour Council is revised regularly (usually every 2 to 4 years) to include new sustainable products. The current list is available at myecocheques.be.

How do I recognize an eligible product in the store?

Eligible products usually carry a specific pictogram or are placed in a dedicated section. If in doubt, ask at the checkout — the store automatically distinguishes products payable with eco-vouchers.

What happens if I buy an ineligible product?

The eco-voucher payment will be rejected for that line of the receipt. You will need to pay for the ineligible product with another payment method (cash, debit card, other vouchers).
