Your clients register through your personalised partner page: they pick their products and fill in their details there, and you then find them in your Partner Area.
A client is affiliated through the partner page (landing page) your Monizze contact person provides. If you have access to the Partner Area, you will find it directly in your area.
No partner page yet? Contact your Monizze contact person or email partner@monizze.be.
This step is a registration, not yet an order: vouchers are then ordered from the client area.
Your client receives a confirmation email stating that they are now affiliated with Monizze. They are redirected to the pricing offer in their client area and receive their access to it.
On your side, in the Partner Area, you need to add yourself to that client’s client area to gain access as well. For a client who was already a Monizze client, use the Request access button in the Partner Area directly.
The Monizze team then guides you on orders, in particular to define clearly who will place them: you, your client, or their social secretariat.
