The program

Maximum development

You work on real projects, with real results, and you build the foundations of your IT career. You start with IT Foundations, level up on Social Vouchers and RewardFlex, and finally take on IT architecture, with increasing autonomy and always the team by your side.

IT Foundations & Platforms

You dive into the core of our ecosystem: you understand how our IT teams ensure the stability and performance of our services and you learn to analyze and improve our existing systems. You work on modern backend apps (Vue.js / Laravel), connected via APIs.

4 months

Product Development (Social Vouchers)

Within the Social Vouchers team (meal vouchers, eco-vouchers…), you contribute to the development of our flagship products. You participate in designing new features and improving code with the product teams.

Product Development (RewardFlex)

You work on our latest product: a constantly evolving platform for flexible compensation. Here, you continue to strengthen your technical skills while understanding the challenges of a modular product.

Architecture

You discover how technical architectures, technology choices and long-term evolutions of Monizze systems are designed. You participate in discussions about performance, scalability and sustainability of our platforms.

Who can apply?

The program is open to young graduates with a variety of profiles. A good knowledge of English is essential for cross-team communication, but your mindset matters just as much. Are you curious, proactive, customer and results-oriented, and eager to learn? Then we want to meet you!

Do I need experience?

No! This program is specially designed for young talent like you. We don't expect experience, but rather enthusiasm and real development potential. From day one, you'll get coaching and stimulating projects so you can make a real impact.

How does the selection process work?

It consists of 3 steps: an initial discussion with your future IT colleagues, an HR interview (to get to know you better) and a business case (to test your problem-solving skills). We'll give you feedback after each step, so you always know where you stand!

What happens after the program?

Your adventure at Monizze doesn't end after the IT YGP. It's just the beginning! Together we'll find the role that best fits your profile and support you to go even further in your career. This is the moment to seize your chance!
