Understanding my fees

Fees are deducted directly at the time of the transaction. You do not need to make any payment yourself.

Example: a customer pays €20 with meal vouchers. Fee: 1.5% × €20 = €0.30. You receive €19.70.

1. The customer pays with their Monizze card.
2. Fees are immediately deducted.
3. The net balance is transferred to your bank account within 2 business days (48h).

At the beginning of each month, you receive a summary invoice by email (transaction volume and commission amount).

You do not need to pay these invoices. They are informational documents: fees have already been automatically deducted.

No invoice this month? No transaction took place the previous month. No action required.

I didn’t receive an invoice this month. Is that normal?

Yes. It simply means no transaction took place the previous month.

Are there any activation or subscription fees?

No, never. Registration is 100% free and without commitment.

How do I change my bank details?

Complete the online form with your new details. Any questions? Email shop@monizze.be.

How do I update my address?

Send an email to shop@monizze.be with your company name, affiliation number, old and new address.

I’m ceasing my activity. What should I do?

Inform us at shop@monizze.be to deactivate your affiliation.
