Frequently asked questions

How do I use my sport & culture vouchers?

Exclusively via the activ.monizze.be platform. There is no card to use in stores: you book and pay for your activities online. The platform then handles payment to the partner.

What is the validity?

Your Activ' sport & culture vouchers are valid for 15 months from issue (since July 2024 — previously 12 months).

My activity is not in the catalogue, what do I do?

Two options: (1) suggest the merchant from your Activ' account so we add them; (2) if you already paid, request a refund by uploading the invoice (€5 fee deducted from balance).

Can I give my sport & culture vouchers to someone?

No, sport & culture vouchers are personal: they are tied to your individual Activ' account and are non-transferable.
