The question "where to use gift vouchers" has a simple answer at Monizze: anywhere in our network of partner stores across Belgium. You spend them in-store as well as online, with no category restriction. Fashion, high-tech, decor, wellness, culture or travel: the choice is entirely yours.

In-store, pay directly with your Monizze card at participating merchants. Online, the Monizze virtual Visa card lets you settle your purchases on Belgian and international webshops. Check the network map to find a point of sale near you.

How long are my gift vouchers valid?

Your Monizze gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. The oldest are used first, and you are notified 10 days before expiry.

How do I activate my gift voucher card?

Download the Monizze app or go to MyMonizze, log in with the credentials received by email and activate your card. You can then start spending right away.

Are there any category restrictions?

No, unlike meal and eco-vouchers, gift vouchers have no category restrictions. You can use them for all types of purchases at partner stores.

Can I pay online with my gift vouchers?

Yes, via the Monizze virtual Visa card available in the app. It works on all e-commerce sites that accept Visa.
