Frequently asked questions

How long are meal vouchers valid?

Your Monizze meal vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. The oldest are automatically used first, and you are notified 10 days before expiry.

How do I check my balance?

Log in to your MyMonizze account or use the Monizze mobile app. You can see your balance and transaction history in real time.

Can I pay online with my meal vouchers?

Yes, via the virtual Visa card available in the app. You can also pay directly with our online partners by selecting "Monizze" at checkout (Foodbag, eFarmz, Fresheo...).

Are my meal vouchers accepted at Delhaize, Carrefour, Colruyt...?

Yes, all major Belgian supermarket chains accept Monizze (Delhaize, Carrefour, Colruyt, Lidl, Aldi, Albert Heijn...). Look for the Monizze pictogram at checkout.

Does Payconiq accept meal vouchers?

Yes. Link your Monizze account to Payconiq in the app: you can then pay with your meal vouchers at any merchant that accepts Payconiq.
