Brussels, 22 September 2025 – Federgon, the federation of HR service providers, and Monizze, a Belgian fintech specialized in digital payment solutions and extralegal benefits, announce the conclusion of a strategic five-year partnership.
As of 22 September 2025, Federgon and Monizze will partner in the distribution of meal vouchers, eco vouchers, gift vouchers, and sports & culture vouchers, both for the employees of Federgon’s affiliated members and for more than 700,000 temporary workers in Belgium connected to them.
A shared vision
With this partnership, Federgon and Monizze reaffirm their commitment to providing Belgian HR service providers with simple, digital, and people-oriented solutions. The aim is to combine technological innovation with the flexibility of human resources, benefiting employee well-being.
“This partnership with Monizze reflects our ambition to simplify the work of HR professionals, while investing in innovation and in the well-being of the employees and temporary workers we represent.” Ann Cattelain, CEO Federgon
“We are honored to become a partner of Federgon. This partnership builds on a collaboration that has already been ongoing for several years, notably through the guide-me platform. Thanks to our expertise in digitization, we want to create even more value for the HR services sector and enable companies to offer extralegal benefits in a more accessible, flexible, and fully integrated way.” Jean-Louis Van Houwe, CEO Monizze
Benefits and innovations ahead
Within this partnership, new digital solutions and services will gradually be rolled out to offer companies and temporary workers a smoother and simpler experience. A first step is supporting the further development of the secure digital platform WorkID, which centrally manages the personal information of temporary workers. No more duplicate entries: WorkID provides real-time access to all useful data to simplify HR processes, including payroll and its components.
In addition, the partnership paves the way for several innovations, including:
- strengthening of the guide-me.be a platform for career counseling, outplacement, and professional reintegration, including the integration of long-term sick workers;
- co-creation of well-being projects focusing on sports, mental health, ergonomics, and training;
- expansion of RewardFlex, a flexible scheme aligning pay and mobility with the current and future needs of beneficiaries – a real asset for employers wishing to attract and retain talent;
- personalization of the Dealzz portal, offering exclusive benefits for temporary workers, companies, and their employees within Federgon.
A smooth transition
Federgon and Monizze provide an implementation plan to support members in transitioning to Monizze solutions. The transition is designed with no additional workload for employers or employees, including technical workshops, integration with social secretariats, and clear communication to beneficiaries.
Supporting the growth of a Belgian fintech
The partnership with Federgon marks an important step in Monizze’s growth. In less than fifteen years, the Belgian fintech has secured a prominent position in the meal voucher market, long dominated by traditional players. After conquering the SME market, Monizze is now also targeting federations, the public sector, and large companies.
About Federgon
Federgon, the federation of HR service providers, unites and represents more than 700 companies active in temporary employment, recruitment, outplacement, training, and workplace well-being. It also represents 98% of Belgian temporary workers (728,197 unique temps as of 31/12/2024).
Federgon affiliates help:
- jobseekers find employment and companies find the right candidate,
- employees update their training and develop their skills throughout their careers,
- people who have lost or risk losing their job to find a new place in the labor market.
