Starting a new year is always a moment to reset. This year, our Kick-off 2026 felt different. More intentional. More energised. And very much focused on what really matters: you.

We took time to pause and look back at 2025: what worked, what didn’t, what we want to keep, and what we need to upgrade. Then, together, we hit play on 2026 with a clear vision, a shared strategy, and a roadmap that sets the tone for what’s ahead.

One clear obsession: you

In 2026, our focus is sharper than ever. We’re here to make life easier for HR, employers and employees. How? With smooth experiences, more value, clear choices, and fewer admin headaches.

Last year marked an important evolution for Monizze. We’ve grown beyond vouchers, with solutions like RewardFlex. In 2026, we continue improving the platform, allowing you to manage your mobility budgets, cafeteria plans and social vouchers in one single place.

Behind the scenes, we’re also working to enhance the payment experience for our users, making it even more seamless and intuitive.

AI, the human way

AI is part of the journey, but always with our humans at the center.

In 2026, we launch an AI taskforce to help our teams work smarter, help you faster, and deliver more value where it truly counts.

Lucky us, Alan came to share their own AI transformation journey. One message resonated strongly: the biggest risk isn’t choosing the wrong tool, it’s doing nothing.

AI transformation isn’t a software install. It’s a people shift.

Three Alan takeaways we’re still thinking about:

  1. Tech changes what we can do. Culture changes what we want to do
    AI transformation is 90% culture, 10% tech. Without transparency, experimentation habits, and psychological safety, no tool will stick.

    It’s freeing time for what matters, and keeping the human touch: that’s where the real value is.
  3. Start small, persist, and fall brightly
    Expect misses, share learnings, celebrate progress. That’s how Alan went from early experiments in 2023 to 100% AI adoption across 700 people with tangible business impact.
