Good news: with “Pay Push”, you now receive an instant push notification after every payment attempt, in-store or online.
More transparency and control over your payments
The goal is simple: to give you more transparency and control over how you use your Monizze vouchers.
✅ In case of a successful payment
You immediately receive a confirmation by push notification including:
- The amount paid
- The type of voucher used (meal, eco, gift, etc.)
- The merchant’s name
👉 You instantly know that the transaction has been processed correctly.
❌ In case of a declined payment
The notification specifies:
- The merchant’s name (if available)
- The voucher type concerned
- The reason for the decline
For example:
- Insufficient balance
- Incorrect PIN code
- Inactive card
👉 No more doubts: you immediately understand what happened.
Manage your preferences in the app
You stay in control of these notifications.
In the Monizze app (download it here) : Hub → My account → Communication
You will find two separate options:
- Notifications for successful payments
- Notifications for declined payments
You can enable or disable each type independently, according to your preferences.
⚠️ Important: if push notifications are disabled in your smartphone settings (iOS or Android), you will not receive any notifications, even if they are enabled in the app.

- Delivery may depend on your internet connection and device settings.
