Monizze has once again earned the EcoVadis Gold label in 2025, reaching a new milestone with an overall score of 82/100.
A Gold label… in the top 2%
With a global score of 82/100, Monizze ranks in the 98th percentile worldwide, meaning we’re among the top 2% of the best-rated companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
Since 2025, labels are no longer awarded solely based on score, but on global ranking. And this year, our Gold label shines even brighter ✨
Behind this recognition lie concrete actions.
The actions behind the label
Each year, EcoVadis assesses over 130,000 companies based on four main pillars:
- Environment
- Social and Human Rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable Procurement
Our 2025 evaluation shows progress across all categories, proof that our ESG strategy is a transversal, ongoing transformation of our daily practices and mindset.
“Every improvement in our score reflects an internal transformation — in how we move, work, decide, and collaborate,” explains Kevin Goossens, ESG Lead at Monizze.
Environment: reducing our impact, every day
Monizze achieved a strong Environmental score of 90/100.
Behind that figure mainly lies a new approach to mobility and the relocation of our offices to a BREEAM-certified building in the heart of Brussels.
In detail:
- Since 2024, we’ve been based in 31 Central, a building rated BREEAM “Excellent” (74.5%).
- Our offices are just steps away from Brussels Central Station, encouraging public transport use.
- Fewer cars, more soft mobility: thanks to an incentive-based mobility policy, 70% of employees with a company car now park near their home or at the edge of Brussels, completing their journey by train, metro, or bike.
→ Result: 1,037 km of car travel avoided every week. - Introduction of the mobility budget, combined with public transport coverage for non-eligible employees.
We’ve also focused on:
- Greener energy: reducing server consumption and purchasing renewable energy.
- Carbon offsetting through certified carbon credits.

Social: growing together, from the inside out
In the Social & Human Rights pillar, our score of 80/100 reflects a simple belief: sustainability starts with people.
Internally, several initiatives have a tangible impact on employee well-being:
- True flexibility: adaptable hours, teleworking, and the possibility to work temporarily from abroad.
- Diversity and inclusion: an open culture focused on skills, motivation, and growth.
Our internal satisfaction score (eNPS) increased by +13 points from 4 in September 2023 to 17 in January 2025.
Beyond well-being, we want everyone to act where they feel most useful. That’s why we introduced the Solidarity Day: each employee can dedicate one workday per year to volunteer for a social project close to their heart.
Rather than a top-down measure, we focus on individual initiative and freedom of choice.

Governance & ethics: disciplined, but never rigid
Our Ethics score of 82/100 is built on clear principles: transparency, security, and accountability.
A few examples:
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security.
- Internal control and whistleblowing procedures to ensure ethical management at all levels.
- Regular training on data protection and anti-corruption.
- Leadership program: we believe management is a skill to learn, so we’ve launched continuous training focused on responsible leadership and ethical decision-making.
For us, ethics isn’t a box to tick, it’s a way of doing things right, every day.
Sustainable procurement: shared responsibility
With a score of 73/100, we continue to make progress in supplier responsibility.
We apply a CSR Code of Conduct, assess suppliers’ practices, and support them in developing their own ESG journey.
From now on, we’re going even further by:
- Strengthening follow-up on supplier commitments
- Expanding the number of evaluated partners
- Integrating stricter ESG criteria into our purchasing processes
Because a responsible company can’t act alone.
More to come!
