How do I add Face ID, a fingerprint, or a PIN code to log into the Monizze mobile app?
To add secure login options like Face ID, a fingerprint, or a PIN code to the Monizze mobile app, start by opening the app and going to the Hub. Then, select the “Security” option and choose ” Facial and digital recognition”. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your chosen security option. This will allow you to log in quickly and securely to your mobile app using your face, fingerprint, or a unique PIN code.

Enabling the two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your Monizze account. This security measure ensures that even if someone obtains your password, they will not be able to access your account without a second verification element. Therefore, two-step verification guarantees that only you can access and use your Monizze account, enhancing the security of your personal information and transactions.
How do I enable the two-step verification for my Monizze account?
To enable the two-step verification on your Monizze account, follow these simple steps.
If you are using the Monizze mobile app, start by opening the app and going to the Hub. Then, select the “Security” option and follow the provided instructions to activate two-step verification. Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Monizze app (version 4.17.1 or later) before activating two-step verification.
If you are using MyMonizze via the website, log into your account, go to the “My Account” section, then choose “Security”. Finally, follow the steps indicated to enable this additional security feature.
Are my personal details protected?
In compliance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, Monizze guarantees that your personal details are protected so that they are never altered or communicated to unauthorised persons.
What happens to my account if I change employer?
Do you stop working for the employer from whom you received Monizze vouchers? No problem, you can continue to use your MyMonizze account. Your Monizze vouchers and Monizze card can also continue to be used until expiry.
Where can I change my personal details?
You change your personal details (e-mail address, mobile phone number, password, etc.) via your MyMonizze account under the “Profile” tab.
