My balance and transactions

Each month or each year, you benefit from a certain cumulative amount of Meal, Eco, Gift, Activ’ or Consumption on your Monizze account. Want to know how much is left to spend and check your transactions? Follow the guide!

 

How can I check my balance?

To know the balance of your Monizze account, log in to your myMonizze account with your login and password. You will then arrive on the homepage of your personal space where the remaining amount and their date of validity are included.

You do not have access to your computer? We offer you other alternatives:

  • On the Monizze app;
  • On the mobile applications of our partners (KBC/CBC Mobile, Belfius, Payconiq and Joyn);
  • By text message, sending MS to 3377 (€ 0.15 per SMS sent and received);
  • On your receipt (the balance is printed on the receipt of some payment terminals after use of the card);
  • By telephone on 0800/212.17

You can check your Activ’ balance on your personal space myMonizze, on the Monizze app and on the Activ’ platform.

 

How can I see my transactions?

To check the latest transactions made with your card, you can go to your personal space myMonizze. The homepage shows you the 3 most recent payments, but you will find the detail in the « Transactions » tab.

In the mobile application, all your expenses are included in the tab symbolized by a card.

Other methods are also available such as the mobile applications of our partners (KBC/CBC Mobile, Belfius, Payconiq and Joyn) by text message, sending MT to 3377 (€ 0.15 per SMS sent and received).

To view your latest Activ’ activities, you can visit your personal myMonizze space or the Monizze app.

 

How can I transfer a transaction from one type of voucher to another?

If you have purchased something with your meal or eco vouchers when you wanted to pay with your corona premium or your gift vouchers, you can transfer the transaction from one type of voucher to the other.

To do so, log in to the Monizze mobile app and open the transaction history by clicking on the relevant voucher’s icon. Select the transaction that you want to transfer and click on “Transfer to another wallet.” If the balance of your gift vouchers or your corona premium is high enough to refund the transaction as a whole, you will be able to select that type of voucher. Click on “Confirm transfer” to complete the process. The amount will be debited from your corona premium balance or from your gift vouchers and transferred to your other vouchers.

This functionality is only available for transactions that happened in the last 60 days. It is not possible to debit your meal or eco vouchers to transfer a transaction. This limitation is due to the specificities of those vouchers: it is legally mandated that they only be used to buy food or ecological products respectively.

 

How long are the different benefits valid?

Meal Vouchers and Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of loading. Concerning the Eco Vouchers, they are valid for 2 years. Consumption Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2022Activ’ is valid for a period of 15 months, from 1 July of the current year until 30 September of the following year. You can, at any time, check the validity date of your benefits on your personal space (homepage) or on the mobile application (in the tab symbolized by the card, by clicking on the arrow to the right of the remaining amount).

Do not worry, our system will first use your oldest vouchers during your transactions.

 

How will I be informed of the loading of my account?

As soon as we have loaded the amount of your benefits on your Monizze account, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail (by adding your e-mail address in your myMonizze space) and/or by text message (this mode of communication is left to the choice of your employer).

 

In case of death: What happens if I inherit Monizze vouchers?

If one of your relatives dies, please send us an email to support@monizze.be. Please attach:

  • A copy of the death certificate
  • A copy of a certificate of inheritance

We will then contact you as soon as possible.
