Each month or each year, you benefit from a certain cumulative amount of meal vouchers, eco vouchers and gift vouchers on your Monizze card. Want to know how much is left to spend and check your transactions? Follow the guide!
How can I check my balance?
To know the balance of your Monizze card, log in to your myMonizze account with your login and password. You will then arrive on the homepage of your personal space where the remaining amount of your various checks
and their date of validity are included.
Your balance is also included on the homepage of the mobile application
, available on iOS and Android, as well as in the tab symbolized by a card.
You do not have access to your computer or our app? We offer you other alternatives:
- By text message, sending MS to 3377 (€ 0.15 per SMS sent and received);
- On your receipt (the balance is printed on the receipt of some payment terminals after use of the card);
- By telephone on 0800/212.17.
How can I see my transactions?
To check the latest transactions made with your card, you can go to your personal space myMonizze
. The homepage shows you the 3 most recent payments, but you will find the detail in the « Transactions » tab
In the mobile application
, all your expenses are included in the tab symbolized by a card.
Other methods are also available such as by text message, sending MT to 3377 (€ 0.15 per SMS sent and received).
How long are the vouchers valid?
Meal vouchers and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months
from the date of loading. Concerning the eco vouchers, they are valid for 2 years
. You can, at any time, check the validity date of your vouchers on your personal space (homepage) or on the mobile application (in the tab symbolized by the card, by clicking on the arrow to the right of the remaining amount).
Do not worry, our system will first use your oldest vouchers during your transactions.
How will I be informed of the loading of my card?
As soon as we have loaded the amount of your vouchers on your Monizze card, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail
(by adding your e-mail address in your myMonizze space) and/or by text message
(this mode of communication is left to the choice of your employer).
