The 2017 and 2018 pay rise could happen in the form of an increase in meal voucher value!

An inter-professional agreement has been signed to ensure that the 1.1% pay rise is neither index-linked nor subject to a scale increase for 2017 and 2018. It may take several forms, especially an increase in the share of employer contributions towards the meal vouchers. However, it will not necessarily affect all employees: it all depends on the sector in which they work and how that sector interprets the new rule.
