Tell us who you are!
Hi, my name is Bo. I was born on 1/9/1996. People often describe me as curious, honest and open-minded. I love to read about spirituality, well-being and self-management. I spend a lot of time listening to music, dancing, shopping and taking naps with my cat Naïa. I think of myself as a creative and ambitious woman. I’m passionate about innovation, communication, sales & marketing.
What is your background?
I graduated with a Bachelor in Idea and Innovation Management at Erasmushogeschool Brussels. After my studies I wanted to persue one of my (many) childhood dreams: travel the world as a flight attendant. It was a wonderful experience, but some stupid crisis made me switch careers after 1 year. I got contacted by MetiSelect and accepted my new adventure as a Project Consultant.
How long have you been working as a consultant and what have you been doing?
I have been working as a Project Consultant for 2 years. I started in Monizze’s Customer Care Team, where I listened to employers and helped them on a daily basis. After 1.5 years, I grabbed the opportunity to be a part of the Customer Success (Sales) Team. The goal is to build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal teams to continuously improve our services.
How has your experience been with the people?
The colleagues at Monizze will make you feel at home. I never felt like an outsider while working as a consultant. I was invited to every kickoff, afterwork, teambuilding, etc. That said, there’s never a dull moment with these people. Good conversations and laughter guaranteed.
What convinced you to join Monizze as an employee?
Monizze is a fast growing company. They focus on developing your skills and becoming the best version of yourself. They also encourage entrepreneurship, which is something I strongly admire. I feel really supported and inspired as an employee.
How does it feel to be a Monizzer now?
I feel even more responsible and eager to learn and grow everyday! 😊
