How can I log in to my Monizze account and the Monizze app?
Logging into your personal account via the Monizze website or the Monizze app is very easy:
- Go to your Monizze account or open the Monizze app.
- Enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to activate your Monizze card. Have you forgotten your username? Then follow these instructions.
- Enter your personal password. Have you forgotten your password? Then follow these instructions.
How can I block my Monizze card in case of loss or theft?
Has your Monizze card been lost or stolen? There are several ways to block it immediately:
- Via the mobile app under “My Cards”
- Via MyMonizze on the homepage via “Block card”
- Through our customer service via the number +32 (0)78 05 33 77 (Monday to Saturday between 8:30am and 6pm). Don’t forget to have your national registration number ready when you contact us.
- By phone by calling Card Stop on +32 (0)78 170 170 (24/7).
Your employer can also block your card himself via his own customer area.
We have not (yet) received our employee’s Monizze card.
You should count around 10 working days for the production and delivery of a new Monizze card. Through your client area, you can easily consult the card production and shipment dates of your employees’ Monizze cards. To do so, go to the “Employees” tab and click on “Card creations”.
Has the sending date passed a long time ago, but you have not received the card? Then please contact us. Keep in mind that postal processing may take several working days.
How can I request a new password for my client area?
If you have forgotten your password, set a new one via the “Forgotten password” button. You must confirm your e-mail address in the field provided. Instructions for resetting your password will then be sent by e-mail.
