What if I lose my phone or access to my authenticator app?

When you activate the 2FA method via the authenticator app, you will receive backup recovery keys. They can be used to log in and reset your authenticator app if you lose your device. You can also regenerate these recovery keys in your account settings under the “Security” tab.  

If you have activated 2FA via SMS method, you’re good as long as you keep the same phone number.

Any authenticator app that supports TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password), such as: 

  • Google Authenticator (iOS, Android) 
  • Microsoft Authenticator (iOS, Android) 
  • Authy (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows) 

What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step (a one-time code) in addition to your password.

Monizze currently offers two options: receiving this one-time code by SMS or via an authenticator app. You can enable them in your account in the “Security” section.

How do I receive my invoices via PEPPOL?

To activate PEPPOL, you must be registered with one of the 25 PEPPOL providers. You can find the list here and request it by country.

  • In your client area, go to “My company” and click on “Addresses”
  • Click on the small pencil to adjust the invoice delivery method
  • If you still want a copy by e-mail, this is possible by selecting “PEPPOL + EMAIL”

How can I pay my invoices by direct debit?

Activate easily the direct debit via itsme with Twikey!

  1. On the home page of your client area, click on “Direct Debit”
  2. Click on “Activate Direct Debit”
  3. Check your details and click on “Continuer l’activation sur Twikey”
  4. Follow the steps and confirm your direct debit via Itsme
  5. You will receive the signed direct debit mandate via e-mail

How can I consult and download my invoices on my client area?

You can consult and download all invoices and credit notes via your client area. Via the “Invoices” tab, your invoices are available in both PDF and XML format. 

How can I request a new password for my client area?

If you have forgotten your password, set a new one via the “Forgotten password” button. You must confirm your e-mail address in the field provided. Instructions for resetting your password will then be sent by e-mail. 

How can I give other employees access to the client area?

Through your client area, you manage the email addresses that have access to the client area. Users can be added or removed.  

To do so, log in and then click on “Access” under the “My company” tab. You add new users via the “Add user access” button.

How can I modify my company details via my client area?

Through your client area, you can modify all company details (address, e-mail address, contact persons, etc.) in the “My company” tab. 

How do I log in to my client area?

You log in to your Monizze client area using your username (email address) and password that you received when you started at Monizze.  

  • If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one using the “Forgot password” button.  
  • If you have forgotten your e-mail address, you can contact one of our experts via this contact form.
