Where do I find my terminal ID (TID)?
A terminal ID number, also called terminal identification number or TID, is a series of eight-digit numbers.
You will find your TID at the top of your receipts or on the side or back of your device on a sticker applied by the technician.
Please note that this is not the serial number. You can contact your terminal provider if you cannot find it.
Below is an overview of the possible first digits of the terminals for the different terminal providers:
- Axepta: 62…, 65…, 117…, 119… of 125…
- CCV: 32…, 33…, 34…, 35…, 36…, 37… of 38…
- Loyalpay: 200…
- Marketpay: 18…
- NL: 50…
- SIX: 314…, 315…, 23…, 24…, 25… of 26…
- Vivawallet: 19…
- Worldline: 01…
Which payment terminals accept the Monizze card?
The Monizze card is accepted by almost all existing payment terminals. The condition is that the terminal must be C-TAP compatible. You can check this compatibility with your terminal supplier.

How do I add or remove additional terminals?
If you wish to add or remove a terminal, please send an email to shop@monizze.be with below details:
- Your VAT number and/or affiliation number
- The new terminal id (TID – it consists of 8 characters)

I have submitted my application form to accept Monizze through my payment terminal. When can I accept Monizze?
After receiving your application, Monizze takes care of full follow-up. We will contact your terminal supplier to configure Monizze on your payment terminal. This is always done within 10 working days, remotely and without your intervention being required.
