What if I inherit Monizze vouchers?

If one of your family members passes away, please send us an email to support@monizze.be. Please attach:   

  • A copy of the death certificate   
  • A copy of a certificate of inheritance   

We will then contact you as soon as possible. 

How will I be informed when my vouchers are charged?

As soon as vouchers are charged on your Monizze account, you will receive a confirmation via email (if your email address is added in your MyMonizze account) and/or SMS (depending on your employer’s choice).   

How long are the different extralegal benefits valid for?

All extralegal benefits have a limited validity period. Rest assured, our system will use your oldest vouchers first during your transactions.   

  • Meal and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are loaded on the card.   
  • Eco vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date they are loaded on the card.   
  • Consumption vouchers/Corona premium are valid until 31 December 2022.    
  • ‘Activ’ is valid for 15 months, from 1 July of the current year to 30 September of the following year.   

You can check the validity period of your benefits at any time via MyMonizze (on the homepage) or via the mobile app (by clicking on the desired product).

How can I transfer a transaction from one type of vouchers to another?

If you paid with your meal or eco vouchers while you wanted to use your corona premium or gift vouchers, you can transfer a transaction from one type of vouchers to another.   

Log in to the Monizze app and open your transaction history by pressing the icon of one of your vouchers. Select the transaction you want to transfer and press “Transfer to another account.” If the balance of your gift vouchers or corona premium is high enough to repay the entire transaction, you can select this type of vouchers. Press “Confirm transfer” to complete the process. The amount will be deducted from your corona premium or gift voucher balance and transferred to your other vouchers.   

This functionality is only available for transactions from the last 60 days. It is not possible to transfer a transaction to your meal or eco vouchers. This is because you only buy food or eco-friendly products respectively with these vouchers.

How can I check my transactions?

There are several ways to check your transactions:   

  • Through the Monizze app: on the homepage, click on the product for which you want to consult your transactions.    
  • Via your MyMonizze account: under the “transactions” tab, you will find an overview of your transactions for the past year.   
  • Via the app of one of our partners (KBC/CBC mobile, Belfius, Payconiq or Joyn)   
  • Via SMS: send MT to 3377 (€0.15 per SMS sent and received)
  • To consult your Activ’ transactions, go to the Activ’ platform and click on “Transactions”.

How can I check my balance?

There are several ways to check your balance:   

  • Via the Monizze app (IOS or Android)   
  • Via your MyMonizze account 
  • Via the app of one of our partners (KBC/CBC mobile, Belfius, Payconiq or Joyn)   
  • Via SMS: send MS to 3377 (€0.15 per SMS sent and received)   
  • Via the receipt you receive in certain shops after a transaction with your Monizze card   
  • By calling 0800/212.17
